Aduna Chunky Baobab & Papaya Smoothie Recipe

How vibrant is this smoothie?! It's by the very talented Smoothie Agent whose Instagram feed never fails to inspire us. The blend of fresh papaya, cranberry juice and a full teaspoon of #feelgoodfruit means it's super refreshing and also gives you a large dose of vitamin C. The perfect way to start the day!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 cup peeled mandarins
1/2 cup chopped papaya
1 tsp Biona (unsweetened) cranberry juice

1/2 tsp acai powder
1/2 tsp maca powder
300ml water

Toppings: Papaya, mandarins

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Garnish with extra papaya and mandarin if desired.
