Baobab Summer Smoothie Bowl
In the summertime we love light and refreshing smoothies for breakfast but sometimes sipping through a straw doesn't feel quite as satisfying as eating with a spoon! Smoothie bowls are the perfect solution - and it's fun to decorate them with toppings too. This simple, summery bowl has just a few ingredients, so it's extra quick to make and you can get out and enjoy the sunshine.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 frozen banana
6 frozen strawberries
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 cup plant milk of choice
A handful of fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana slices, + 1 tsp coconut milk (for topping)

Method:
Combine the plant milk, vanilla, baobab powder, frozen strawberries and banana in a blender and process until smooth.
Top with berries, banana slices and coconut milk drizzle.
