Paola's BodyBarre: Fun high energy fitness
Paola’s BodyBarre in Fulham is one of London’s hottest new fitness studios, offering dynamic and traditional pilates, yoga, personal training and TRX classes led by a group of experienced fitness professionals. They offer the all new BodyBarre fitness programme, that combines elements of pilates and ballet and promises to ‘challenge you to the core’. The BodyBarre method was created by founder Paola Di Lanzo, who has 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry and a huge passion for fitness and nutrition. We put ourselves to the test at one of Paula’s PBodyBarre Signature classes – a fun, energetic 50 minute session that works every part of your body. Combining ballet, dynamic pilates, dance and core strength training, it is a fun, high energy routine which is low impact yet intense. The varied dance sequences keep concentration and motivation levels high whilst you work your muscles to exhaustion by concentrating on isometric contractions and compound exercises. Don't be fooled by the word "ballet"....PBB is very much a fitness based routine with ballet thrown in!
