The Nutritionista: Natalie Glaze

Natalie Glaze aka The Nutritionista is a health and nutrition blogger and fitness enthusiast from central London. A green juice fanatic, Natalie has been on a journey with nutrition and healthy living ever since cutting out dairy and introducing organic, less processed food into her diet. We caught up with Natalie earlier in the week to discuss all things food. 

Describe yourself in a sentence…Health and fitness enthusiast, breakfast lover and avid food instagrammer.

My love for food began…I have always loved food, my earliest memories are of me baking and cooking with my mum. It’s been over the last five years that I've really started discovering nutrition and the benefits of healthy food. Its been amazing. I discovered raw desserts and since then my life has never been the same!! Its a never ending journey I am always learning on and my love for food continues to grow!

My idea of food heaven is…This is a hard choice, it would have to be between smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and avocado for breakfast which is my ultimate favourite breakfast. Or my raw caramel slice which is the most decadent tasty raw dessert ever. You wouldn’t believe its healthy!

I’m inspired by... Nearly everyone I have meet since starting my blog has inspired me in some way. I have been able to meet the most amazing individuals with the same interests and passions as me which makes doing my blog so worth it.

Baobab or moringa? Hard choice, as they are both amazing. If I had to choose I would say Moringa as I love making green smoothies and Moringa is such a great addition too any smoothie recipe.
