Tasty as Heck: Heike Mueller

We were truly blown away when we first discovered Heike's beautiful Instagram page and every new picture she posts gets us hungry! A rainbow of colours, creative styling and stunning sweet and savoury dishes. We caught up with this healthy eating inspiration to find out a bit more about her. 

Describe yourself in a sentence...I’m a lover of rainbow food and a food trend observer.

My love for food began... When I was in girl scouts. There were often cooking competitions in the woods with campfires and it was always a challenge to create something pretty and innovative for the judges with limited ingredients and equipment.

My idea of food heaven is... The farmers market with all the enthusiastic farmers or growing my own food, herbs and edible flowers in my garden. Also i love to travel and learn a lot from the local cuisine.

My Feel Good tips... Relaxation in nature, yoga and of course experimenting in the kitchen.

I’m inspired by... Travelling. Both exploring my local area and going further afield. I always learn a lot from the local cuisine wherever I go.
