Meet Aduna Feel Good Triber Jeannette. Whilst working in an animal shelter and studying animal psychology, Jeannette set up an Instagram page to showcase her delicious, colourful recipes to help inspire others to follow a plant-based diet.
We caught up with Jeannette to find out more about her, her feel good advice and her favourite Aduna super-ingredient:
Describe yourself in a sentence...I am a vegan ambassador with a big passion for fresh and healthy food!
My love for food began…during my childhood. I grew up in Serbia where everything was cooked with fresh ingredients and I was in the kitchen every day with my mum - she taught me to cook and make a variety of dishes from a young age.
My idea of food heaven is...to eat what I want and stay fit and healthy. I love big colourful buddha bowls, sushi rolls and stacks of pancakes topped with fresh fruit.
My Feel Good Advice...go vegan and eat a plant-based diet - you will feel so much better. It was my best decision ever!
I am inspired by...all the different cultures and cuisines of food around the world. I love to experiment with new ingredients and different flavour combinations.
Baobab, Moringa or Super-Cacao? Super-Cacao all the way. I couldn't live without it - chocolatey treats are my absolute favourite!
