Exciting News: Aduna is crowdfunding!
Thanks to your amazing support over the last few years, Aduna has grown from an inspiring idea into an award-winning brand, with our products sold in over 2,000 stores in 18 countries! We are now looking forward to an exciting new phase of growth.
In support of this, we have launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs. This is a unique opportunity for our friends, followers and collaborators to share in our high growth as a business, whilst actively supporting our mission to create sustainable livelihoods for millions of rural African households.
Since going live on Seedrs, we smashed 100% of our target within just 2 days! Over 300 of you have invested so far and due to the high demand, we are allowing "overfunding" to take place. Overfunding will be open for a limited period of time only. – so if you are thinking about investing please be quick to ensure you don’t miss out!
What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a way for a company to raise capital through the investment efforts of a large group or community (in our case our Feel Good Tribe!). Crowdfunding can be and has been used to great success to bring ideas, ventures and new products to reality by harnessing the power of the crowd.
Why are we crowdfunding?
As a growing business, we have chosen crowdfunding as a means to raise investment as we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to join us in bringing Africa’s ancient ingredients to global markets. It is also our way of thanking our amazing community for all your support in our journey so far – by giving you the opportunity to share in our growth. The minimum investment size on Seedrs is just £10 so everyone can get involved!
Who can invest in Aduna?
The UK crowdfunding industry is regulated by the Financial Services Authority so investing in Aduna via our Seedrs campaign is only open to Aduna Feel Good Tribers based in the UK or Europe.
