Retail & Events Manager
It was Aduna’s social mission which initially interested me. I appreciated Aduna as a force for good by creating a totally transparent supply chain that works directly with small-scale producers. Coming from Ethiopian heritage myself I strongly identified with Aduna’s mission to debunk the clichéd coverage of Africa and instead celebrate the vibrant culture and abundance of knowledge that is so often disregarded.
Elena started her career at Aduna as a Feel Good Intern and eventually progressed within the company to the position of Marketing Assistant. Here she is responsible for managing retail marketing activity including: consumer and trade show calendar, in-store events, point-of-sale, sampling & training as well as contributing to new product development. Elena holds a BA in Spanish & Portuguese (Joint Hons) from The University of Bristol.
