          Chocolate Cookies

          What could be better than combining 2 of the best sweet treats around - cookies and brownies! These vegan and gluten-free "brookies" from Aduna Feel Good Triber Chispa are quick and easy to make and a real crowd-pleaser. Make a batch to share with friends and family and watch them fly off the plate! 

          Ingredients: 

          Brownie Dough:

          15g Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
          100g oat flour
          50g buckwheat flour
          100g melted chocolate
          50g melted coconut oil
          50ml agave syrup
          30-50g cane sugar
          100ml rice milk
          5g baking powder
          Handful of walnuts
          Pinch of baking soda
          Pinch of salt

          Cookie Dough: 

          100g oat flour
          50g buckwheat flour
          50g melted coconut oil
          50ml agave syrup
          30-50g cane sugar
          100ml rice milk
          5g baking powder
          1/4 cup chocolate chips
          Pinch of vanilla powder
          Pinch of baking soda
          Pinch of salt

          Method: 

          Preheat oven to 350F/180C.

          Mix together the cookie dough and brownie dough in two separate bowls, by hand or with a mixer.

          Line a baking tray with parchment paper and form your cookies by placing 1 tbsp of each dough next to each other and lightly pressing together.

          Bake for 10-15 minutes then leave to cool.
