          Aduna Moringa Avocado Pesto Pasta

          Pesto pasta is such an easy meal to turn to when you need a quick weeknight dinner and a family favourite for a reason! This luscious moringa avocado pesto hardly takes longer to make than opening up a jar of the ready-made kind and gives this classic dish a super nutritious twist. We like to serve it with wholegrain pasta or spiralised veggies. Leftovers make a delicious work/school lunch the next day too!   

          Serves 1


          1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          1 medium avocado
          15g basil
          10g coriander
          1 clove garlic
          Juice of half a lemon
          1 tbsp olive oil
          Wholegrain pasta ( eg. spelt), cooked
          Salt/pepper to taste
          1 tsp nutritional yeast or parmesan & sun-dried tomatoes to top (optional)


          Cook the pasta for the required time and drain. Blend together all the other ingredients to make the pesto sauce. Spoon the pesto mix over the cooked pasta. Sprinkle with any toppings, as desired.
