
Spiced Grapefruit & Baobab Overnight Oats
We're big fans of overnight oats for breakfast here at Aduna Towers. Quick to make, healthy and with endless variations! This unique recipe from Aduna Triber Suzie pairs our zingy baobab with grapefruit and spices for an ultra fresh and energising start to the day. Stir together all your ingredients the night before and grab and go in the morning!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
100 g rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp ground ginger
several grinds of fresh nutmeg
zest of ½ a grapefruit
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: Fresh fruit, nuts/seeds, nut butter, sprinkle of cinnamon
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a tupperware container or your favourite breakfast bowl the night before eating.
In the morning, give everything a good stir and add a bit more milk if desired. Add your favourite toppings, serve immediately or pop a lid on your container and eat on-the-go.
