Blueberries are a smoothie classic and partnered with creamy yoghurt, fresh mint and our Baobab Superfruit Powder they make a dreamy breakfast drink that's absolutely bursting with antioxidants.

3-4 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
500g  plain or vanilla yoghurt (use soya for dairy-free) 
2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
handful of fresh blackberries
small handful of fresh mint leaves


    Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
