          Green Moringa Purification Smoothie

          This green smoothie is jam-packed with goodness.The moringa powder, combined with the spinach and kale, will get you a long way towards your recommended daily intake of iron - an essential mineral for healthy energy levels. 

          Serves 2

          Ingredients:

          1-2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          400ml filtered water
          handful of fresh spinach
          handful of fresh kale
          2 large fresh celery sticks
          5 deglet noor dates, pitted
          1 small banana (optional)

            Method:

            Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
