Tahini Dressing with Moringa

We love tahini dressings for their sweet and savoury nature and the rich, creaminess they add to whatever they touch. Adding a spoonful of moringa is a delicious way to add even more goodness and balances out the flavour perfectly. Here it's served with a simple spinach, apple and pecan salad but try it on anything from grains and Buddha bowls to veggie burgers and sweet potato fries.  

Serving(s) 2-4


1-2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder (add to taste)
1/4 cup light tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp agave/maple syrup


    Add everything except the moringa powder to a bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth. It might seize up at first but keep whisking and it will smooth out. 

    Add the moringa powder, whisk again until smooth and serve with your favourite foods.
