This simple, delicious and super-satisfying smoothie is one of our breakfast favourites. Packed with baobab fruit and blueberries, it is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and prebiotic fibre boosting your immunity, energy levels and gut health. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1-2 tsps Aduna Baobab Powder
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
2 medjool dates
1 cup almond milk
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
