          Baobab & Blueberry Smoothie

          Blueberries, just like baobab, are packed with antioxidants, and luckily these days they're easy to get hold of frozen all year round. This simple smoothie recipe is one of our favourite light breakfasts. Bulk it up with a scoop of protein powder or a tablespoon of nut butter if you want it to keep you going longer. 

          Ingredients:

          1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          1 banana
          1 cup blueberries
          2 Medjool dates
          1 cup almond milk

          Method:

          Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

          Enjoy!
