          Moringa Avocado Cream

          We can't think of a meal that isn't better without a scoop of avocado! And this creamy dip is even better. Super quick and made with just a few health-boosting ingredients, it's sure to become a favourite. Try it with roasted sweet potato wedges, on top of a salad or Buddha bowl full of goodies. 

          Serves 4 


          1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          2 avocados
          juice of 1 lemon
          2 tbsp olive oil
          1 tbsp water
          pinch of salt


          Scoop the avocado flesh from the skin, and add to a blender along with the other ingredients.

          Blend until smooth and serve. Best eaten immediately as the avocado will brown after a short time.
