          Moringa Porridge & Smoothie Bowl

          Have a moringa morning! Aduna Feel Good Triber Marie has created this energy-packed green breakfast bowl combining two of our favourite breakfast foods - porridge and smoothies! 

          Serves 2


          For porridge:
          1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder 
          1 cup oats
          1 tsp maca
          1 cup almond milk

          For smoothie:
          1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          1 frozen banana 
          1 slice of pineapple
          handful of kale or spinach
          1 tsp lucuma powder
          2 tsp chia seeds

          Toppings suggestions: 
          nuts & seeds


          For the porridge:
          Add the oats and almond milk to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in maca and moringa powders. 

          For the smoothie: 
          Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

          Pour the porridge into one side of 2 bowls. Pour the smoothie into the other side of the bowls. Add toppings as desired.
