          Carob & Baobab Breakfast Bowl


          Have you tried carob before? It's like a fruitier, caffeine-free version of cacao and it complements our baobab perfectly. We love it in this nutritious breakfast bowl from Aduna Triber Rebecca, bursting with protein, omegas and vitamin C. 

          Serves 2

          Ingredients:

          1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          1/2 Aduna Baobab Raw Energy Bar, chopped
          90g oats
          1 scoop protein powder (20 to 25g of preferred protein)
          1 tbsp carob powder
          1 tbsp flaxseed
          1/2 tbsp chia seeds 

          Optional toppings:
          fresh fruit, goji berries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, raw honey, bee pollen, greek yoghurt 

          Method:

          Add the oats to a deep bowl and pour over boiling water to fully cover the oats. Add the carob, protein powder, flaxseed and chia seeds and stir well to combine. 

          Leave to soak for 10-20 minutes while you get ready for the day.

          Add a little more water or dairy-free milk if desired, along with the baobab powder, and stir again to mix well.

          Pour into 2 serving bowls, top with the chopped baobab bar and any other toppings you like.
