          Moringa & Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

          Mint chocolate is one of our favourite combinations and doesn't have to be just for dessert. Try this creamy nutrient-dense smoothie bowl (including avocado, celery & moringa!) topped with crunchy cacao nibs and start the day with a smile.


          1 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          1 avocado, pitted
          1 banana
          1 tbsp plain yoghurt 
          splash of almond milk (more or less, depending on how thick you like the smoothie)
          1-2 large handfuls of spinach
          1 small celery stick, chopped
          handful of fresh mint leaves + extra for decoration
          1 tsp raw cacao powder

          Optional toppings: sprinkle of raw cacao nibs for extra crunch


          Add all the ingredients to a blender, except the extra mint leaves, cacao powder and nibs and blend until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to reach your desired consistency.

          Pour into a bowl or glass, garnish with cacao powder, nibs and a few extra mint leaves.
