Baobab Cranberry Sauce
Is there anyone who isn’t partial to a serving or two of cranberry sauce on top of the most highly anticipated dinner of the year? This simple, super-charged recipe is the perfect way to add some #Baobablove to your Christmas meal. Possibly the best thing about this Baobab Cranberry Sauce is that the leftovers are delicious on toast, as a topping for ice cream or even as an addition to smoothies!
1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 bag of fresh or frozen cranberries (4 cups)
1/3 cup sweetener (agave, pure maple syrup or raw honey)
1 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat, stir to combine and leave to simmer, stirring frequently. The cranberries will start to pop and the sauce will begin to thicken.
Cook until the sauce is your preferred consistency - between 5 & 10 minutes.
