There's always an occasion that calls for superfood cocktails! This Baobab Chickawawa is a spice-infused, fruity heaven, perfect for getting you in the party mood. Containing 2 teaspoons of Baobab, all that vitamin C should balance out any negative effects the next day too!
2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
50ml Del Maguey Mezcal
25ml lemon juice
20ml agave syrup
30ml sparkling water
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 a banana, mashed
3 drops Bob's Bitters - Vanilla
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well to ensure the baobab is dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.
Strain over cubed ice into a tall glass and garnish with twisted orange peel (see image).
