Baobab Bounty Balls

Creamy coconut filling and crisp, chocolate coating, Bounty bars are a favourite for a reason! We love this healthy take on the classic from Aduna Feel Good Triber Ania which is packed with healthy fats and very low in sugar. A great sustaining snack that tastes like a decadent treat! 

Makes approx. 25 balls


For coconut filling:
2 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
200ml coconut milk, canned
250g desiccated coconut
pinch of vanilla powder

For chocolate coating:
4 tbsp of coconut butter
1 tsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp cacao powder
extra desiccated coconut for sprinkling


In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the coconut filling and roll into balls.

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes. 

In a small pan, melt together the coconut butter, coconut sugar and cacao powder over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.

Dip the coconut balls in the chocolate coating then sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut.

Return to the baking tray and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Store in the fridge.
