Baobab Bounty Balls
2 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the coconut filling and roll into balls.
Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a small pan, melt together the coconut butter, coconut sugar and cacao powder over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.
Dip the coconut balls in the chocolate coating then sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut.
Return to the baking tray and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Store in the fridge.
