Raw Baobab Crêpes

Are you a fan of our Baobab Raw Energy Bars? Aduna Feel Good Triber Chispa absolutely loves them and has created these incredible raw baobab crêpes - possibly one of the most imaginative ways of using our bars we've come across! Best of all, they're very easy to make and are filled with yummy, nourishing ingredients. 

Serves 2


2 Aduna Baobab Raw Energy Bars 
1 banana
1 apple 

Raw chocolate sauce:
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut milk
4 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp apple sauce (see below)
3 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Raw apple sauce:
2 peeled apples
1 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Medjool date  
pinch of cinnamon


For the raw chocolate sauce:
Blend together all ingredients, set aside in a bowl until ready to serve

For the crêpes:
Using a rolling pan, roll out the bars and you get a flat rectangle. You might need to use your hands to stretch them a bit too. 

Thinly slice an apple and banana and layer on top of the baobab bar crêpes. Roll the crêpes up and secure with a toothpick. 

Dehydrate at 45C for 8-10 minutes. 

Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
