Baobab & Berry Chia Pudding Parfait

Tantalise your tastebuds with this Baobab & Berry Chia Pudding Parfait by Aduna Feel Good Triber Natalia - a perfect healthy dessert or breakfast. Each parfait gives you your daily dose of baobab so it's sure to keep you energised and vibrant all day.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

First and third layers:
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

Second layer:
1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 banana
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup natural yogurt OR yogurt of your choice

Fourth layer:
1 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 banana 
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup natural yoghurt or yoghurt of your choice
handful of fresh raspberries/blueberries

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the first & third layer in a small bowl, cover and leave to thicken in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, take half of the chia pudding and spoon half of it into your serving dish.

Blend together all the ingredients for the second layer until smooth. Pour the mixture over the first layer.

Spoon the remaining chia pudding over the second layer and refrigerate again while you prepare the final layer. 

Blend together all the ingredients for the fourth layer.

Pour the mixture over the chia pudding then decorate with a few fresh raspberries/blueberries.
