          Baobab Buckwheat Porridge

          With the sun showing its face most people pack their porridge oats away to the back of the cupboard, but with this quick & easy recipe by Aduna Feel Good Triber Curls'n'Chard, porridge can be enjoyed as a cooling summer treat! Packed full of fibrous baobab, it is the perfect way to keep going till lunchtime without feeling sluggish.

          Serves 1 

          INGREDIENTS:

          1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          ½ cup raw buckwheat
          1 banana
          ginger powder
          ⅓ cup rice milk
          water for soaking

          METHOD:

          The night before:
          Rinse the buckwheat well and put into a bowl with water to soak. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge over night.

          The next morning:
          Discard the water from soaking and rinse the buckwheat again.
          Put the buckwheat, banana, baobab and ginger in a blender or food processor and pulse. Add the milk slowly and pulse until you have the desired consistency!

          Add any toppings you like. 

          Enjoy!
