Moringa & Cacao Cookies

If you've got a sweet tooth, you're going to love these delicious cookies packed with moringa magic. Not only are they fun to make, they also make a great, healthy treat for all the family!

Makes 10-15

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Aduna Moringa Powder
4 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
140 wholemeal rice flour
100g sugar cane
75ml dairy-free milk
50ml coconut oil
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
cocoa nibs

Method:

Line a baking tray with baking parchment and preheat the oven to 180'C.

Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, cocoa, moringa, baking powder and salt) and then add the vegetable milk and vanilla essence. Mix well and then add the oils, making sure everything is combined.

Spoonfuls dollops of the mixture onto the baking tray, leaving space between each of them and decorate as desired (I have used cocoa nibs).
Bake for 30mins and then leave them on the tray to cool down before transferring to a wire rack.

Note: I have intended to give those cookies a crunchy texture. But if you want them chewier, only bake them for 20 minutes. In both cases let them cool down completely outside the oven.

Enjoy!
