Moringa Coconut Porridge

If you thought porridge meant oats, think again! This green goodness-packed recipe is completely grain-free – made with coconut, fruit and vegetables and boosted with both our moringa and baobab superfood powders. 

Serves 1


1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 heaped tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
3 tbsp coconut flour 
2 tbsp shredded coconut
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup water
1 apple, chopped
1 mango
1/2 courgette, grated
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp matcha powder


Add almond milk, coconut flour and shredded coconut to a pan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir well. 

Reduce heat, add chopped apple and courgette, stir again and leave to simmer for 5 minutes (stirring occasionally). Add the water if it looks a bit dry. Add the mango chunks and cinnamon powder to the porridge mixture and continue to heat until warmed through. 

Remove from the heat, stir in the moringa, matcha and baobab powders until the porridge turns an amazing green colour.

Decorate with your favourite toppings.
