Stay hydrated by sipping on this light, refreshing iced tea - an uplifting fusion of citrusy baobab fruit, fiery ginger and zesty lemon. This super-charged brew will leave you feeling vibrant & buzzing with feel good vibes.
Makes 1 litre
2 tea pyramids of Aduna Defence: Baobab Tea
1 litre, freshly boiled water (or half freshly boiled & half cool water)
1-inch of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Pour the freshly boiled water over the tea bags in a heatproof jug and allow them to brew for 10 minutes and add the ginger slices. Remove the tea pyramids, stir and allow the tea to cool fully for a few hours - you can place the jug in the fridge to speed up the process.
To serve, fill each glass almost to the top with the chilled tea, add a couple of ice cubes and make sure each glass has a few ginger slices. Serve with fresh lemon slices and mint leaves.
