There's a lot of buzz about green juices, and rightly so! They're an incredibly efficient way to get a big whack of nutrients into your body, and can be delicious too. With just the amount of sweetness to balance out all that green, this recipe is our favourite.
Ingredients
- ½ tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
- 2 apples
- 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls broccoli florets
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 handfuls kale
- Juice of ½ lemon
- A knob of ginger
Method
- Juice all ingredients except the moringa powder.
- Add moringa powder to the bottom of your glass with a drop of juice and mix to a smooth paste.
- Slowly top up with the remaining juice, stirring continuously.
- Repeat for the second glass.
