Moringa Green Juice

There's a lot of buzz about green juices, and rightly so! They're an incredibly efficient way to get a big whack of nutrients into your body, and can be delicious too. With just the amount of sweetness to balance out all that green, this recipe is our favourite.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 handfuls broccoli florets
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 2 handfuls kale
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • A knob of ginger

Method

  1. Juice all ingredients except the moringa powder.
  2. Add moringa powder to the bottom of your glass with a drop of juice and mix to a smooth paste.
  3. Slowly top up with the remaining juice, stirring continuously.
  4. Repeat for the second glass.
