How to use Baobab: 5 Easy Ways

The African superfruit Baobab is one of the most nutrient-dense foods in the world. A single serving (two teaspoons) contains 33% of your daily requirement of vitamin C, supporting a wide range of health benefits ranging from energy release to immunity and healthy, glowing skin. It is also 50% fibre so releases its natural sugars slowly into your blood stream and has the highest antioxidant content of any fruit.

Baobab is the only fruit in the world that dries on the branch, so all we do is harvest and sieve it into a 100% natural, organic powder that is free from preservatives or additives. It is completely raw and packed with feel good benefits.

How to use Baobab

For optimum results, we recommend taking two to four teaspoons of Aduna Baobab Superfruit Powder per day.

It is easy to add Baobab into your daily diet - just let your imagination lead the way!

Here are some of our favourite ways you can feel the #baobablove:

Our favourite way to use baobab every day is mixed with hot water and a slice of lemon.*

What does it taste like?

Unlike many other superfoods and supplements, Baobab is completely delicious! It has a sweet, citrussy taste - and is often described as a tangy sherbet.

Aduna sources its baobab from West Africa. Aduna’s Baobab Superfruit Powder and Baobab Raw Energy Bar were both winners at 2015’s Great Taste Awards.

*When adding baobab to drinks, make a paste first with a few drops of water to prevent lumps
