How to use Baobab: 5 Easy Ways

The African superfruit Baobab is one of the most nutrient-dense foods in the world. A single serving (two teaspoons) contains 33% of your daily requirement of vitamin C, supporting a wide range of health benefits ranging from energy release to immunity and healthy, glowing skin. It is also 50% fibre so releases its natural sugars slowly into your blood stream and has the highest antioxidant content of any fruit.

What does it taste like?

Unlike many other superfoods and supplements, Baobab is completely delicious! It has a sweet, citrussy taste - and is often described as a tangy sherbet.
