          Moringa Chocolate Smoothie

           Aduna Moringa Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

          A nutrient-rich smoothie disguised as dessert! This decadent chocolate drink from Aduna Triber Natalia is full of fibre and protein from oats, almond butter, Moringa and Super-Cacao. Start your day with a glass and it will keep you energised all the way through until lunch. 

          Ingredients:

          1/3 tsp Aduna Moringa Superleaf powder
          1 1/2 Tbsp  Aduna Super-Cacao powder
          1 cup almond milk
          2 Tbsp oats
          2 frozen bananas
          3 dates
          1/3 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
          1 Tbsp almond butter.

          Method:

          Blend all the ingredients until smooth, pour into a glass or bowl and top with crushed pistachio nuts, bee pollen and a few redcurrants or raspberries.
