Moringa Chocolate Smoothie

A nutrient-rich smoothie disguised as dessert! This decadent chocolate drink from Aduna Triber Natalia is full of fibre and protein from oats, almond butter, Moringa and Super Cacao. Start your day with a glass and it will keep you energised all the way through until lunch.

Ingredients:

1/3 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp oats
2 frozen bananas
3 dates
1/3 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
1 Tbsp almond butter.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth, pour into a glass or bowl and top with crushed pistachio nuts, bee pollen and a few redcurrants or raspberries.
