This creamy moringa smoothie is the perfect way to start your day and is a great one to try if the thought of leafy greens in a drink is intimidating. It’s full of alkalising greens but is thick, sweet and moringalicious!
Ingredients:
2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
1 banana
2 Medjool dates
1/3 cup cashew nuts
handful each of spinach and kale
2 cups coconut water
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
