This creamy moringa smoothie is the perfect way to start your day and is a great one to try if the thought of leafy greens in a drink is intimidating. It's full of alkalising greens but is thick, sweet and moringalicious!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
- 1 banana
- 2 Medjool dates
- ⅓ cup cashew nuts
- Handful each of spinach and kale
- 2 cups coconut water
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
