Porridge is a winter staple here at Aduna Towers so we like to keep it interesting with different toppings. This ultra creamy version features avocado and moringa - 2 ingredients you might not expect to find in porridge but which give it a big nutrition boost. A drizzle of honey and sprinkle of seeds round off this hearty bowlful perfectly.
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
3/4 cup oats
1 1/2 cups oat milk
1 tbsp honey
1/2 avocado, sliced
chia or hemp seeds to top
Method:
Add, the oats and milk to a pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
When it's reached your desired thickness, pour into 2 bowls and top with avocado, seeds and honey.
