Moringa & Baobab Prawn Cocktail

Impress your guests with this delicious and elegant starter – boosted with both our Baobab & Moringa superfood powders for extra flavour, colour & nutrients. One for your next dinner party!

Serves 6


First Layer:
1 cup organic mayonnaise
¼ cup organic Greek style yogurt
¼ cup organic tomato ketchup
½ tsp mild curry powder
1 tbsp baobab powder
A pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne powder

Second Layer:
2 ripe avocados
Juice from 1  lime
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp moringa powder
4-5 fresh mint leaves
Salt, pepper

Top Layer:
18 organic fresh king prawns
A handful of freshly chopped parsley leaves
A handful of freshly chopped chives



Mix together all the ingredients for the first layer, distribute evenly in 6 serving dishes or glasses andrefrigerate for 1 hour.

Blend all the ingredients for the second layer, distribute evenly in the 6 cups, on top of the first layer. Refrigerate for another hour.

Cook king prawns for 6-8 min (until they turn pink, but make sure not to over-cook them). When they cool down, decorate each cup with 3 prawns and sprinkle with the freshly chopped parsley and chives. You can also drizzle over a few drops of organic virgin olive oil for extra taste.
