Moringa & Banana Chia Pudding

          Chia pudding makes a lovely light but energising start to the day and this is one of our new favourite combinations. Moringa adds a dose of super green goodness, and banana and vanilla powder bring some sweetness to the mix. 


          1/2 tsp Aduna Moringa Powder
          2 tbsp chia seeds
          6 tbsp oat milk/almond milk/coconut milk
          1/2 mashed banana
          1 tsp cashew butter
          1/2 tsp vanilla powder

          Optional: 1 tsp natural sweetener of choice, bee pollen & extra banana slices for toppings.


          Add the chia seeds to the milk stir everything together. Mash the banana with a fork and mix into the chia mix.

          Finally, stir in the cashew butter, moringa, vanilla (and sweetener if using) and leave in the fridge to soak for at least an hour, or overnight.

          When you're ready to eat it, top with bee pollen and extra banana.
