Vegan Moringa Pancakes

What better way to kick-start your day than with a beautiful, super-charged stack of pancakes! With just a few wholesome ingredients, including our mighty moringa, not only are these simple to make but they're full of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Aduna Moringa Powder
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup nut milk or non-dairy milk of your choice (add more if needed)
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp natural sweetener of choice

Method

  1. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add the oil, banana, milk and sweetener to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the small pancakes in a little coconut oil until lightly golden on both sides.
  3. Serve pancakes with raw chocolate sauce/nut butter, fresh berries and chopped fruit.
