Nutty & Seedy Baobab Fudge

          When two health-food brands come together, only magical creations can happen. This #baobalicious fudge is given extra energy boosting properties (and crunch!) with bursts of The Food Doctor's protein-rich Raw Seed and Nut Mix.

          Makes 12 squares


          2 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
          1 cup Food Doctor UK Raw Seed & Nut Mix
          1 cup coconut oil
          3/4 cup natural sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
          1/4 cup almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
          1 tsp vanilla extract
          pinch of sea salt


          Combine the coconut oil and nut butter in a high speed blender. Sift in the baobab powder and blend again to incorporate. Add the sweetener of choice, vanilla extract and pinch of salt and blend once more until combined.

          Sprinkle the Raw Seed & Nut Mix along the bottom of a 10cm x 15cm (dependent on desired thickness of fudge) then pour the mixture evenly on top. Place in the freezer for an hour, and then in the fridge until ready to indulge.
