Creamy, frothy and chocolatey but with a shot of Irish cream liqueur, this is certainly no ordinary hot chocolate. The perfect warming drink to make to satisfy your sweet cravings and wind down in the evening.
Ingredients:
2 tsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
50ml Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
175ml coconut milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
To serve (optional):
marshmallows
chocolate sauce
Method:
Pour the Baileys into a mug and set aside. Heat the coconut milk in small saucepan over a gentle heat and when it is warm add in the cacao powder and cinnamon.
Heat for a further 5 minutes until steaming but not bubbling, then take a milk frother and froth the milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
Remove from the heat and pour into the mug over the Baileys.
Serve topped with marshmallows and chocolate sauce.
