Skip the sugary fruit juices and stay hydrated by sipping on our baobalicious infused water. Adding chopped fruit to water and leaving it to sit for a few hours gives it a light, fresh flavour and a hint of natural sweetness your kids will love. This recipe also includes baobab in the mix for an energising vitamin C boost and tangy twist.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 litre chilled water
1 small pomegranate, seeds only - skin and pith discarded
2 handfuls of strawberries, halved (no need to remove green tops) or use a mix of strawberries and raspberries
Method:
Add all ingredients to a bottle and shake well. Alternatively, add ingredients to a glass jug, stir and leave to sit in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. Stir again before serving over ice.
