Give your taste buds and your health a lift with this baobab and hot honey whipped feta recipe. Rich in vitamin C and prebiotic fibre, this snack is equally nutritious as it is delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
- 1 pack of feta
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 100g honey
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- Sourdough bread, toasted
Method
- Heat the honey in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chopped chilli and the chilli flakes.
- Add the feta, yoghurt, baobab powder and a drizzle of olive oil to a blender and whizz until light and whipped.
- Toast the sourdough bread.
- Add the baobab feta to a bowl and drizzle with the hot honey.
Dip in your sourdough bread slices and enjoy!
