Give your taste buds and your health a lift with this baobab and hot honey whipped feta recipe. Rich in vitamin C and prebiotic fibre, this snack is equally nutritious as it is delicious!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
1 pack of feta
150g of greek yoghurt
100g of honey
1 chilli, chopped
2 tsp chilli flakes
sourdough bread, toasted
Method:
Heat the honey in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chopped chilli and the chilli flakes.
Add the feta, yoghurt, baobab powder and olive oil to a blender and whizz until light and whipped.
Toast the sourdough bread. Add the baobab feta to a bowl and drizzle with the hot honey.
Dip in your sourdough bread slices and enjoy!
