There's nothing better than healthy homemade chocolate, especially when it's packed full of skin loving antioxidants, healthy fats and vitamin C. Made with only natural and raw ingredients, this is the perfect recipe to whip up in no time for when those chocolate cravings strike!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
100g cacao butter
50g Aduna Super Cacao Powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
2-3 tbsp agave nectar
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
10-20g freeze dried strawberries
10-20g dehydrated banana slices, or dried banana chips
Method:
Gently melt the cacao butter in a bain marie (careful not to heat, this takes some time). Add the cacao, baobab, vanilla powder, agave nectar & pink salt and stir well until smooth.
Pour into silicone trays or a parchment lined baking tray. Sprinkle with crumbled freeze dried strawberries and dehydrated banana slices (I used a dehydrator on the lowest setting for 20 hours).
Place in the freezer or fridge for half an hour to set then remove and break into shards.
Enjoy!
