Packing in two of our vibrant super ingredients, this deliciously thick and rich smoothie is bursting with skin-loving ingredients and makes the perfect pre/post workout energiser. Smoothie or pudding, this one will need a spoon!
Ingredients:
3 tsp Aduna Baobab Powder
2 tbsp Super Cacao Powder
1 avocado
2 dates
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
400ml plant based milk
chia and hemp seeds, to serve
Method:
Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and top with chia and hemp seeds for an omega and protein hit.
