Cacao & Coconut Semi-freddo
Whether it's date night or you're hosting a dinner party, these luxuriously creamy puds will surely impress and take your guest or guests to cacao heaven. Plus it's made with just three simple ingredients - what's not to love?
1/2 cup coconut cream, can be taken from the top of a can of coconut milk
2 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
To serve (optional):
milk chocolate, melted
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into four silicone cupcake moulds. Place them in the freezer to set for four hours.
Serve topped with the melted chocolate, berries & a generous sprinkle of nuts.
