Simple Cacao Overnight Oats

Move over porridge, overnight oats is the new morning favourite. Simple to make and loved by the whole family, it's easy to experiment with your toppings to keep things interesting. Made with Super Cacao, it's packed with protein, fibre, heart-healthy flavanols and mood-boosting endorphins. This is one breakfast you'll be excited to get out of bed for!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 150ml milk of your choice (we like almond or oat milk)
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Topping ideas:

  • Your favourite fresh fruit
  • Nuts and/or nut butter
  • Seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower)

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix all the ingredients together (add more milk if needed).
  2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least two hours.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
