Simple Cacao Overnight Oats

Move over porridge, overnight oats is the new morning favourite. Simple to make and loved by the whole family, it's easy to experiment with your toppings to keep things interesting. Made with Super Cacao, its packed with protein, fibre, heart healthy flavanols and mood-boosting endorphins. This is one breakfast you'll be excited to get out of bed for!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
40g rolled oats
150ml milk of your choice (we like almond or oat milk)
maple syrup to taste

cinnamon (optional)


Topping ideas:
Your favourite fruit, nuts (and/or nut butter) and seeds

    Method:

    In a jar or bowl, mix the ingredients together (add more milk if needed) and refrigerate overnight or for at least two hours. Top with whatever you desire and enjoy!
