Try this super-charged vegan pasta dish that's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Spelt pasta is mixed with luscious avocado, creamy cashew yoghurt and our mighty moringa to create a delicious pasta sauce that's full of both flavour and goodness.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Aduna Moringa Powder
2 cups spelt pasta
1 avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 garlic clove
pink Himalayan salt
black pepper
1 pot cashew yoghurt
To serve:
handful arugula
hemp seeds
pumpkin seeds
Method:
Cook the pasta as recommended on the package.
Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and mix together until smooth.
Blend in the cooked pasta and top with arugula, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
