          Vegan Baked Chocolate Donuts

           

          Our friends at Bosh created this cacaolicious recipe for us along with an easy to follow video. Vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free, this lighter donut recipe combines rich chocolatey flavour with natural sweetness. We hope you love it as much as we do. 

          Makes 6 donuts

          Ingredients:

          1 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder 
          1 cup (90g) gluten free oats

          1/4 cup (23g) coconut sugar
          1 cup (90g) ground almonds
          1 tsp baking powder
          1 banana
          1 tsp vanilla extract
          1/4 cup coconut oil
          1 cup almond milk

          To serve (optional): 
          oreos
          dark chocolate

          Method:

          Preheat the oven to 180℃ (356℉). Put all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate and oreos into the food processor and blend to a paste-like consistency. Pour the mixture into a donut tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Decorate with melted dark chocolate and broken oreo cookie pieces.
