Green has never tasted so good - super-green moringa blended with sweet mangoes and a hint of fiery ginger. Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, fibre, protein and antioxidants, it's the perfect way to up your greens intake on-the-go.
Ingredients
- 20g Aduna Moringa Powder
- 150g dates
- 100g cashews
- 90g dried mango
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 40g rice protein
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a high-quality blender and mix until it forms a fudge-like texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a tray lined with greaseproof paper and flatten so it's approximately 1cm thick (alternatively, you can divide and roll the mixture to create energy balls).
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, cut into bars.
