
Healthy Baobab Ice Lollies
Made from 5 simple ingredients, these healthy baobab ice lollies are the perfect refreshing treat to enjoy when the weather gets warmer. Packed full of fibre, antioxidants and completely dairy free, they are sure to get everyone's vote (especially little ones!).
Makes 4 lollies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp Aduna Baobab Powder
2 bananas
300ml Plenish Coconut M*lk
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
8 raspberries
Method:
Place the raspberries in a bowl and mash them with a fork, then evenly spoon the mixture into the bottom of each ice lolly mould.
Place the baobab, bananas and coconut m*lk in a nutribullet or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Place the kiwi slices on the sides of each of the ice lolly moulds, then pour the baobab mixture over so it fills up to the top of each mould.
Pop a stick into each and transfer to the freezer. Leave to set for 2-4 hours.
