Hibiscus Latte

Hibiscus Latte

A small but mighty switch up from your normal latte.

Brighten up your day and make this pink tangy latte, keeping you energised throughout the day and your skin glowing. A great summer take on the latte classic.

Ingredients

  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Aduna Hibiscus Powder
  • 150ml barista style plant-based milk (cows milk can occasionally curdle)
  • 50ml pomegranate or cranberry juice mixed with 50ml water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method

  1. In a small bowl, add the pomegranate/cranberry juice, water, maple syrup and hibiscus powder and whisk with a matcha whisk (an electric one will also do)
  2. Fill a glass about 3/4 full with ice, then pour the milk over the ice.
  3. Slowly pour the hibiscus layer over the iced milk, stir and enjoy!
