Ingredients
1 cup thick full fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey ( or any other sweetener)
1 tsp berry blend
100g fresh raspberries
150g white cooking chocolate
Method
1.In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey and Radiance blend. Stir well until well combined then gently fold in the fresh raspberries. Evenly spoon out the mixture into a tin layered with parchment paper. Insert a lolly stick into the centre of each yogurt mound.
2.Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt pops to freeze for about 2-3 hours or until they are completely set.
3.Melt the white chocolate and dip each pop into it and then leave to set. Store in the freezer until ready to devour.
